When will my order ship?
In stock items ship within 24 hours of order. Please note that orders don't ship on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays. If an item in your order is labeled as a ‘pre-order’ item, you can find the ship date located at the top of the items description. These items typically ship within 7-14 days of purchase. Occasionally, items may be backordered or out of stock and you will be notified via email if either instance occurs.
How much is shipping?
Shipping on purchases under $75 is a flat rate of $5. Orders over $75 ship for free!
I returned my order. Can my shipping charges be refunded?
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
I’d like to pick up in store but my location isn’t showing up?
At this time, our in-store pick up option is only available at our Grand Forks locations. If you’d like to purchase something to be available for pick up at your nearest location feel free to give them a call and they’d love to help you out! I placed an order for pick-up at the Grand Forks location. How do I know when my order is ready?
You will receive both an email and phone call when your order is ready for pick up at either Grand Forks location!

What is your online return policy?
Online purchases can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
What is your in store return policy?
In store purchases can be returned for a full refund within 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
How do I cancel my recent order?
Orders may be cancelled before shipment only. If you’ve received a shipping notification unfortunately we’re unable to cancel your order. Please email email@example.com if you’d like to cancel your recent order.
I returned an item. When will I be refunded?
All returns are processed immediately as received. You will receive an emailed return receipt and should notice the credit back to your original form of payment within 1-3 business days. If it’s been past the 3 business days please send us a message here and we can look further into it!
Can online purchases be returned in store?
Yes! Online purchases are able to be returned to any Kittsona location. Please note that gift cards, personal care and fragrance items are non-returnable.

Do you offer free returns?
Not at this time. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your return.
