Description: A Personal Stylist creates personalized experiences through fostering customer relationships and one on one styling sessions. 

They celebrate their team and contribute to an inspiring + collaborative work environment. 

They create brand awareness and excitement through their dynamic and unique merchandising approach

  • Participates in store meetings and other events necessary

  • Demonstrates open communication within the team and management

Visual Merchandising 

  • Passion for trends and creating inspiring outfits  
  • Captivates attention with unique one-of-a-kind store displays 
  • Takes risks with creativity  
  • Familiarizes floor placement and understands product rotation  
  • Educates themselves and others on merchandise  

 

Requirements 

  • Available to work two weekends per month  
  • Strong communication skills

Shift Lead

As a Shift Lead at Kittsona you work directly with the management team to oversee the day to day operations, staffing, sales, customer satisfaction, freedom of displays, and more! If you enjoy having autonomy and flexibility to make decisions, lead a team, and have a niche to encourage others to be the best they can be, we are the place for you!

Applicant must excel in a fast pace work environment, have a passion for people, capable of leading a team, enjoy customer service, and possess fashion forward thinking.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

The following responsibilities and job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Leadership:

Our Kittsona leaders must lead their team with confidence, set the tone, and emulate the Kittsona work environment.

  • Displays top quality customer service and assists in providing team members with accurate training, growth, and feedback on how to deliver the Kittsona experience.
  • Demonstrates positive, confident, and nurturing leadership to 5+ team members.
  • Enjoys communicating, delegating, working with employees on goal setting, and other company initiatives to meet company objectives.
  • Consistently evaluates store performance and creates action plans of ways to continue to grow and improve.
  • Resolve conflicts and settling disputes (customer and employee)
  • Open communication: questions or concerns from staff members and customers.
  • Assist with training of new employees, interview process, and operational day to day duties.
  • Works directly with management and assistant management to ensure the store continues to run smoothly.
  • Process phone orders.
  • Count till(s) daily.

Our teams work together to create and provide unique displays, find new ways to merchandise, style, and showcase product! We want our leaders to think out of the box, allow creative juices to flow, and have fun with our products!

Qualifications:

  • Must be available 20 hours per week and two weekends per month
